Q: If a third car garage option is chosen for a single family home, will it still fit on a standard lot?
A: It depends on the model.

Q: Is Air Conditioning standard?
A: Yes, a Carrier air conditioner.

Q: Is landscaping standard?
A: Yes, a seeded yard and professional landscaping are included with each and every home.

Q: Are appliances included?
A: Yes, a Kenmore dishwasher, microwave, and gas range.

Q: Do any of your homes have brick standard?
A: Yes, at least partial brick on the front elevation of all single family, courtyard, and town homes.

Q: Does this subdivision have a homeowners association?
A: Yes.
Association dues for single family homes: $25 a month.
Association dues for courtyard and town homes: $125 a month.

Q: How much are the real estate taxes?
A: They are estimated to be 2.1% of the purchase price for a single family home and 1.7% of the purchase price for a courtyard or town home.

Q: How much earnest money is required?
A: If financing through your preferred lender and you qualify, no money down; otherwise, $4,000 (an initial deposit of $500 and an additional $3,500 when the building permit is obtained).

Q: Do you offer sweat equity?
A: No.

Q: How long before I can move into my new home?
A: From initial deposit to closing is approximately 6 months.

Q: Do you offer a referral program?
