Deer Creek Estates is located on the North side of the City of Wilmington, Illinois. Wilmington was founded in 1865 and has a population of 5,134. The Kankakee River and historic Route 66 both run through the heart of town. There are various shops, restaurants, and professional services available including Belletini Foods, Ace Hardware, Ben Franklin, McDonalds, etc. The local school district is #209-U.
